  • One vehicle per entry
  • Entry fee is $125.00 per unit (or per political candidate)
  • There are no refunds
  • Nothing may be thrown from the vehicle, items must be handed out by walkers
  • We do not allow silly string, air horns or water guns

Awards:

  • Hometown Pride Award (Forest Lake Units Only)
  • Most Patriotic Float/Unit (Any Unit)
  • Best Religious Unit
  • Most Entertaining (Any Unit)

Brief Requirements:
  • You must have permission of the property owners for use of their property for your vending unit.
  • You must be licensed by the State of Minnesota or Washington County.
  • You must be insured with liability limits at least $1,000,000 per occurrence.
  • Cost per unit is $100.00 for the first day of participation. Each additional day of participation will cost $35.00 per day per unit.
  • You are responsible for trash removal and cleanliness of their area of operation.
  • The Forest Lake Police Department asks vendors to have their Concession Permit clearly visible and have a copy of the agreement with property owners.
  • All of the above requirements must be met prior to a permit being issued.
