fee is $125.00 per business units

per additional units business
- Entry fee is $40.00
per non-profit organizations
are no refunds
may be thrown from the vehicle, items must be handed
out by walkers
do not allow silly string, air horns or water guns
- You must have permission
of the property owners for use of their property for
your vending unit.
- You must be licensed
by the State of Minnesota or Washington County.
- You must be insured
with liability limits at least $1,000,000 per occurrence.
- Cost per unit is $100.00
for the first day of participation. Each additional
day of participation will cost $35.00 per day per unit.
- You are responsible
for trash removal and cleanliness of their area of operation.
- The Forest Lake
Police Department asks vendors to have their Concession
Permit clearly visible and have a copy of the agreement
with property owners.
- All of the above
requirements must be met prior to a permit being issued
